The deadline to register is:

High School: April 2
(paperwork must reach The Relays office by April 3)

Olympic Development: April 6
(paperwork must reach The Relays office by April 7)

College: April 9
(paperwork must reach The Relays office by April 10)

Important Information and common mistakes!

Extra Tickets -- ordered in advance by coaches -- will be available in the same location at The Palestra where you pick up your competitors packet. There will be a ticket line to pick up advance orders and purchase extra tickets.

Website -- it is very important to keep checking www.ThePennRelays.com for our confirmation of receipt of entry and any balance due, updated travel routes to Franklin Field, parking areas, qualifiers, etc.

Problem/Pay Line -- Avoid this line by following these common procedures:

• A Purchase Order request is not payment.
• P.O. Request checks must be received and deposited by Tuesday of Relays week. If not you will be expected to pay at pickup. Keep checking our website for payment information. Tuesday night will be the last posting. If we receive your school's check after you have paid in person, the check will be returned.
• P.O. Requests sent in with your entry forms must have a self-addressed stamped envelope enclosed for it to be returned to your billing office.
• Photo ID is required at registration.

People picking up for a coach who signed the Entry Form -- If there is a question as to who will be picking up the packet, add that person on your entry form on the assistant coach line printing name/position and including that person's signature.  If the signature of the person picking up tickets is not on the entry form, you must produce a letter on school stationary signed by both the coach giving permission and by the coach picking up the packet.

ONLY the original entry form will be accepted by the Relays Office; DO NOT use forms for another school or another year. Call the Penn Relays office (215-898-6145) to receive your own entry form.

High Schools -- Your principal’s signature MUST appear on the entry form!

Make a copy of the entry form for your files.
